Verichat logging in and out? I have a BB7250 on VZW using BWC. I installed Verichat and it works fine. Question I have is I am getting complaints that it keeps logging me in and out all day long. So my "buddies" are always seeing the pop up and sound when enabled on thier end. Is there any way I can just stay logged on all day?? thank you |
1. Which version of Verichat are you using? 2. Are you on BES or non-BES? If you are using Verichat 1.78, please uninstall it and install Version 1.91 Over-The-Air via entering this web address in BlackBerry Browser: http://www.verichat.com/ota/VeriChat.jad |
I am having problems with Verichat on my 7520 too. It installs and runs great for a few hours. Then it logs me off and I can't log back in. Either I get Could Not Find a Service Book Entry (not true, I had 3 service books sent to me yesterday) or, No Connection or Max Connections Opened. I have v.1.92. I uninstalled and tried 1.91 to see if it made a difference and it hasn't. customer support keeps sending me v. 1.92. Now I'm trying Webmessenger. It's working fine but I really liked the Verichat layout better. |
WebMessenger is a great program too as well. But also give the PDAapps people about a few weeks or so. They are writing a single-socket version (like WebMessenger) which should solve a lot of problems that some of the people are reporting. This is a major architectural change for Verichat. |
Thanks Mark R, I am BWC so I am non bes. I was running 1.78 and am now downloading the 1.91 over the air. Hopefully it will solve my issue thanks again |

Is there a setting to stay logged in all day?? i have 4.0 installed on my 7100t |
Is anyone having problems logging into verichat via t-mobile this afternoon? It was working fine earlier today, but then I had to do a hard reset to fix something else, and now verichat won't work! It's the most recent one from their website....reqwireless and dial up networking from the blackberry work fine, so i know it's not the tmobile TCP or internet setting that's being blocked..... |
