Nice ad -- who cares? Why pay for something that RIM will eventually release for free?

Well, many do, actually If you browse a lot with the BlackBerry, you might want more features for your browser.

Well, for my 7390, Minuet is much slower than the bundled browser, although Minuet does a better job of loading web pages in their entirity. The really slow speed is an app killer for me tho.

Just tried it. I like the Quicklist feature. Always good to have alternatives.

Thought I would give it a try. What a waste! It is slooooooooooooowwwwwww! Pages that Opera could render in a few seconds, this was taking minutes or should I say "minuets". It also never showed any pictures. They only showed as placeholders which said loading. Tried on a couple of different pages with the same results.

To add insult to injury, when I closed the application, it stayed on the task bar. Turning the phone on and off did nothing. I had to remove the battery. Right after that, I removed the application. At least that took a few seconds and not a few "minuets".

Opera Mini only browser that I have found that lets you navigate myspace in a usable way. minuet is ok, just way slower than Opera Mini

A short trial of Minuet left me dissatisfied. Rendering speed and the broken display of certain sites proven to display fine in both Opera Mini and Internet Browser left me with no choice but to deinstall 3.0.7. Hoping to see some improvements down the line with regards to the forgiving display of broken HTML. If I do, I will buy Minuet and give it a proper registered user trial before returning feedback.
