Talking Uninstall AccuWeather.com from Blackberry??? - 06-21-2006, 03:45 PM

Hokay, I'm a repair tech for Telus, but don't really work on Blackberries... this client has AccuWeather on their unit, but as I see there are other people who have had the same problem with downloading off the net on their berry not having the program in the App menu. Does anyone here know what to look for in terms of the Module name and where it would be installed.

Aparently this app wakes the client up at 6am this is why the uninstall is needed. Let me know asap.

You Can email me: [email address]

Thanks,

Randy

When you are in the apps list click trackwheel and select modulars. Look for the one for this program and delete

That is good information, except there are so many modulas , that I do not know what the module is called. And there is no hint in the name associating it with accuweather.

I really need to delete this app. as it is SUCKING my battery dry.
