What type of file extension is the Berry411 file? If it is a zip file, do the following:
(1) unzip the file into a work folder on your pc.
(2) start the desktop manager after you connect your Blackberry via a USB cable.
(3) click on application loader, locate the work folder on your pc where you unzipped the Berry411 zipfile.
(4) click on the the file with a .alx extension
(5) follow the instructions with desktop manager.

Default OTA = Over The Air

OTA = Over The Air, or wireless download of an application/file.
