Is there any software out there that allows you to click on HTML links in your e-mail? Thanks.

By default you should be able to click on a HTML link and choose "get link". Are you on a BES? Maybe that have that disabled? But you don't need any software to open a link from an email. It is very similar to calling someone directly from an email. If a phone number is listed in an email then you cal call that directly from your email.

Default Special link

The link I am trying to click on brings up a new e-mail, fills in the to, subject, and body. It will work on a PC but not a BlackBerry. I was told I need an HTML e-mail reader.

Thanks

Ah, so you are clicking on an HTML link on a web page? And want that to spawn a new email in the BB? That could be a bit of a trick... Never tried that one.

Wink

By default the BlackBerry should recognize mailto://... hyperlinks inside of emails, PINs, Websites, notes, etc., and begin a new email composition when you activate such a link.

What is the syntax of the hyperlink that you are trying to click?
