Default Verichat outage right now?

Please Login to Remove!

Anyone else in the NYC area or anywhere not able to get onto Verichat? Problems began yesterday........and i know it is specific to verichat because i can login to ramble IM

anyone else having problems with verichat right now?

Yep, hasn't worked for me at all today.

Others are having issues too.

Verichat timing out..

I've sent two e-mails to them but haven't gotten a response.

Same here in UK, since yesterday evening (at least). I'm running 68b and wonder if, somehow, this is the problem. It would be interesting to see a straw poll of those experiencing problems and know what version they are running. Either way, it looks like maybe support doesn't work weekends...

I have no service in CT as well. I sent verichat email to support but they seem to ignore emails....

yup, out for me too. I just downgraded to barti so I thought that was the problem. Glad to see I am not the only one affected.

So maybe that's the explination for some getting it to work and others not.

Premium vs. Standard.

I do have Premium.

The "VeriChat Premium...not available" notice has been on their site for a little while now. It refers to the fact that you cannot currently purchase Premium services. Since Premium vs. Standard boils down to multiple account and bots support, the downtime is most likely related to the upgrading and/or migration/maintenance of their servers. The question is whether we can expect more of this downtime as they continue to test the VeriChat client againt their servers with Premium services.
