My Entourage 2004 database got messed up, so I rebuilt it. Now it is out of date.

Is there a way--using Pocketmac--to make the Blackberry 7100t override Entourage? My BB is totally current.

I also sync to a Windows laptop and the software easily allows you to choose a total sync, or BB overrides Outlook or Outlook overrides BB.

Am I asking too much? I just want a little control (oops, ranting).

It is possible but you may want to preform the sync via the PC then port the info over to Entourage, no slag to PocketMac but some of the wording is cryptic when it comes to syncing.

Here's what I did, configure PocketMac to use the Address Book app to sync contacts, you keep Entourage selected for everything else. Restore all (I think) you'll be asked? then select all the contacts in Address Book and drag them to your Entourage address book. Address Books exports to a .vcf so you should have no issue.

I found this to be the easiest way to port my contacts to my PowerBook.

In /Library/PocketMacBB you have AdvancedPrefs.

You can use that to do pushes and not syncs, but I like finch's idea better because it doesn't involve unsupported hacks in the PocketMac software.
