Default Canadian quotes (and NYSE, NASDAQ, Tokyo and more) - 07-24-2006, 08:21 AM

I use qqbot (see qqbot.com) - it is a simple service that was designed for blackberry stock quotes. - qqbot uses email commands to respond to stock market queries, lets you save portfolios, and schedule email delivery of your stock quotes / portfolios a number of times per day (I get mine every two hours while the markets are open).

Canadian symbols are avail using .TO or .V at the end of the symbol, and symbols that need a separator use a dash (ex. AE-UN.TO).

Not exactly a ticker - but - it also requires no software on your unit - a plus for people with hyperactive blackberry adminocops.

Last - it works well if you are interested in currency conversion rates too.

IMHO, qqbot is way more efficient primarily because of schedules than using a browser and of course, it is free.
