I support a Law Firm with 18 BB users. I am researching options for a BB utility to track time. Does anyone have an opinion on Airtime Professional at:

AIRTIME-Manager - AIRTIME-Professional

Any opinions on other products of this type?

Not sure about AirTime but we use TimeKM which works great and integrates with most billing systems.

We love AIRTIME-Professional, unlike their competitors like TimeKM, their product is software initiated, after a minimum time threshold is met, you get a popup. No tagging calls or manual time entry. Nothing to think about. Also, a lot of these mobile time capture solutions force you to purchase their desktop or knowledge management solution. Airtime integrates with all time entry and time & billing systems. They seem to be the cheapest and have the superior software, really a no brainer.
