Have a little challenge. Tried to install a better notes program, and both came back with an error message on my BB7230, "Error starting Juggle: Module 'net_rim_bb_attachment' not found. "
Tried to get info from Ascendo support but they referred me to the Desktop Installer. Don't really undertand that advice.

Anyone had this problem and, more importantly, know how to solve it?
