well i downloaded RDM, installed it, registered....now what? what do i need to do on the bb to use the program?? im still a n00b so no bashing me i am not BES if that matters. thanks in advance

Thank you, I understood it before. We are offering convenient and user-friendly "Getting started guide" for new users of RDM+ application. But the problem is that for now I have only two messages at this forum and I am not able to place the direct link to this manual. That's why I was trying to redirect customer to our e-mail.
