Default IM+ Problem - 08-29-2006, 06:22 PM

I like to leave IM+ connected all day and night but so far every morning I wake up and it's disconnected saying that it's reconnecting (Kills my battery too), but it never does and I have to restart my BB in order for it to connect again. I've been using a verichat trial for some time now and I finally took the fall and bought IM+ because I didn't want to subscribe yearly. Any ideas or suggestions? I'm using the latest version.

Also, if I go out of my coverage area and IM+ is on will I get messages from the people I was talking to before I lost my coverage like on verichat, the always on feaure? That's what I've been led to believe but I'm not sure.

I have noticed the disconnect issue overnight as well. I don't usually have to restart the BB, just exit out of IM+ and restart it. I have noticed a lot of down-time recently so I am not sure if it is a problem with their server or what, I have lost it in the day too a few times.

Most likely, the reason of this problem is in unstable connection.
Please in IM+ go to Menu / Support and send us a log (and make a little comment about your problem, because we receiving many logs every day )

i downloaded yak on and read through the directions, but the software still seems not very user friendly as far as configuration or even using. unless i am just missing the simplicity of it, i dont think its very user friendly
