We are currently able to have BB Messenger chat logs emailed to staff by using IT Policies on our BES server, but we are looking for a way to do it with other IM programs. Verichat seems to only support chat archiving on the Treo/Palm version that I can see.

Has anyone else run into the need to keep chat logs from other IM apps on the Blackberry? Any ideas/thoughts/suggestions?

Bump. I am interested in this as well. I use VeriChat and have a client who sends me important project details over IM (I don't think I can change th client's behavior either

IM+ for Blackberry supports message logging. You can enable or disable this option by your choice.
