Blackberry Pin List Community . This site allows Blackberry owners to create user profiles containing their interests along with their Blackberry PIN numbers (or IDs for AIM, Google Talk, Yahoo.....) in order to search and find other Blackberry owners with related interests. Blackberry owners now have an easy way to find new friends, Just think, no more random Pin message requests only to find out the person you Pin has nothing in common with you - find and make a new friend with the same interests that you have.
So how does all this work you ask? Simple! When you register at the site (or any time you want to add information), you fill out information about your Blackberry and interests. Then you can search for other users using the Search Users menu. You can either browse the list or select sorting criteria from a drop down list. When you find a user you want to communicate with, simply send them a Pin request from your Blackberry. You can also just browse users profiles and view any information that they have made public. For example, lets say you like to talk about music. Do a sort on interests and if another user has entered music as in interest in his or her profile, it will pull up that user. Send them a pin request and if they accept, you are ready to discuss music. Or perhaps you have some free time and want to chat. Look for a chat topic you are interested in and perhaps you can pull up another member who shares that interest.
