might be old news but there is a free fax to email service from faxdigits.com....for free you dont get a local number but faxes are unlimited (to receive) and they come in pdf format.....my 8700g opens about 50% of them....but if you have a pdf viwer this is a real nice program...............check it out ....

Sounds good. Only catch is, you don't get a local number unless you upgrade your service to a paid service.

been using it for 3 months still works great and i get 20+ faxes a day......most buisness people dont care about long distance numbers i have noticed but i think its 7.99 a month for a local number

i just signed up today. When I tried to activate my acct, I received error msg. I sent a email to their support email and hopefully I could get some helps.

just close the error browser, and click the activation link again, if an error pops up, then close that window and click the activation link again

after 5-6 trys it works
