If you send a question to them from your BB by selectiong support in PD, you get an answer very quickly. I have software issues from time to time and they always answer quick. Its like they have no life and just wait for our emails.
THEY ARE THE BEST IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT OF ANY SOFTWARE I HAVE EVER HAD ON A PALM OR POCKET PC BY FAR!!!!!!!
