Default PocketDat 4.2 Native Applications

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,
I upgraded to PocketDay 4.2 on a 8700c. When I open an email it still looks like it uses the PD email application, not the BB messages application. I looked an can't find a setting to change it. Any suggestions?

Regards-Michael G.

For email, RIM didn't have a way to open an existing email directly using the native app. If you hit reply from an email open in POcketDay, you'll be in the native message compose screen.

Rim tells me they are adding the other.

I downloaded, and after reboot it will not open. I get the following error message- 'MessageArguments.<init>' not found.

Please comment-Heading out for a business trip on Tuesday and cannot imagine it without this program.

Thanks. My problem with the native email application is basically there is no "save draft" option. I've lost many an email by closing out or switching to another application. Now I see when I hit the escape button, it gives me the option to save. I tried save but I can't find the message when I go to Messages, View Saved Messages.

If "save draft" worked as it does with native BB application, I could also run eSpell if needed by opening in the native messages application. Yes hitting R is easy enough but with so many emails each day, I usually press enter before thinking when viewing in PD ;)
