Along that line, when we first asked for volunteers to help with the beta, we announced that there would be 5 winners of free copies of Journal Bar for BlackBerry chosen at random from people who submitted bugs.

I don't mind paying . . . . but make it easy for me at least!!!!!!!

If I put my customers through all the adminstrative BS some of these developers do . . . . I'd be able to be on this forum 24/7 cause I'd be out of business.

Picture this . .. I would like a new roof on my house please: "Sorry, your password was rejected, please go to one of my competitors instead!" Now there is is business plan!!!!!
