Hello,

I would really like to have the ability for the Blackberry (7250) to automatically change profiles based on the day of week and time of day.

For example, Monday 8AM - 6PM should utilize the "Normal" profile, and Monday 6PM - 11PM should utilize the "Vibrate" profile.

Has anyone developed anything like this, or could anyone do it?

I asked for timed profiles for the 8700 - so you could say use a quiet profile during a meeting that would revert to normal after x hours or at a specific time. Even cheap Nokia phones do this. But I'm not sure RIM support an API that allows such an app to be written easily.

Wow, it would be amazing if it interacted with you calendar and say when to Vibrate during busy times and back to normal when not busy...

Message Alerts from WebMessenger does that and a lot more. I think it costs $20.

It does look like a good app, but I don't think it works for phone.

I'm actually looking for this as well. Doesn't even need to be super sofisticated. Just allow me to state what times to switch profiles. I'd be more than happy to drop a paypal donation to the person the creates this.
