I get the same message from my PC pr my BB, it reads:

The BlackBerry HELP! website is designed for use with the BlackBerry browser. Learn more about BlackBerry here.

Why does it say that when I am on my BB? I currently have BIS EDGE enables, etc.

Wirelessly posted (8700c: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0) BlackBerry8700/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/102)

Also you have to use the blackberry browser, not your providers browser (i.e. Cingular WAP).

I loaded in the Bharti OS, and switched over to the Verizon Theme (even though I am on an 8700c). The verizon theme shows the Cingular Browser and the BB Browser, and once I loaded the BB browser, it downloaded perfectly.
