have contacted them twice for activation/PIN renewals. each time the response was within 24-36 hours and went swimmingly (even activated one game while cruising around when the email dropped to my 'berry).
if you can, forward them your original purchase email confirmation that included your transaction code. (always a best practice for online purchase issues.) but do try again, as yours is the only negative comment i've read regarding magmic.
