I have downloaded google maps for my Pearl, installed and rebooted but when I go to load it up, it says 'Terms & Conditions, loading please wait' and then pops up a fatal error, anyone had this problem?

this has come up before, i'm pretty sure the google server is a bit flakey, try again throughout the day and see if it works. some may suggest setting up your apn settings but i don't think googlemaps uses this method to connect ( i could be wrong, to be safe search this site for 'apn settings' and set it up if you havent already).
