BBLight.

Search for it (use the search button on the top of the screen). It is open source and freely available for download.

However - if you are using the Pearl/8100 then I don't believe it works or does anything.

I did a google search on bblite and did not find anything. Are you sure you have the right name? I don't think there is any such BlackBerry program by that name,

Perhaps someone there would know about this program.
Since no one here has ever heard of it - and with no Google hits I clearly question the name.

I should have been more specific about how I found the link.. I searched thru yahoo which took me to pinstack forum which listed that URL for bblite. That's why I said I don't believe it was all that appropriate

Not a problem. Well, if it was said on Pinstack, that's the end for me!

BBLight: It can be found in the big red sticky at the very top of this forum:

http://www.blackberryforums.com/afte...-included.html

BBAlerts: http://www.blackberryforums.com/afte...light=BBalerts

I just used the search feature and typed in BBLight and BBAlerts

John - apparently BBLite is different than BBLight.
However, there is no program called BBLite, so we are all confused now.

Ooops...didn't even notice. Just hastily posted two good links without reading the whole thing! I guess it was I who was confused.
