OK so I load the trial all is going well then I try to delegate a task using todo via email and the person I am testing with receives no email. I check the email it was sent but somehow todo sent it via "desktop" rather than "webclient". My regular email is set to work via webclient.
I contact todo and they tell me it cant be since they use whatever settings I have in the BB. Help!! I love this software but without being able to assign delegates, since I travel a lot, this is a deal killer!
Forgot to mention everytime I send a todo email to a delegate I also receive that RIM "do not erase this message" thing I use to get when I had redirector which was removed I hope.
todo insist its not them??
