After I installed this application, I can't locate it from my application list. I use the ZEN.

Any ideas?

It doesn't show up in the apps list, only in the menu when you are in the call log/phone, and in the options app. You may also need to restart before it shows up in those places.

I have already restart the BB but I still do not see it shows up in the phone / call log -> options.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. It doesn't show up in the phone options. It shows up in two places:
  • If you hit Menu on a line in the call log, there should be a Reverse Lookup choice in the menu.
  • If you go to the main Options app (not options in the Phone app), there should be a Reverse Lookup choice there

Hi there, I went to WGarage.com to review the flash demo. In the call log, I hit menu on a phone number, and I do not see a Reverse Lookup choice in the menu.

I am going to reinstall the program, and I will try to go to the Options menu again (from Main).

Thanks.

What OS are you using?

You may also want to try to install it through Desktop Manager instead of OTA.

Unable to return cellular numbers. Otherwise, works as advertised.

Phea from WGarage is very helpful. I sent my PIN to Phea and I got the code within 5 mins. Very quick reply and he and the other user suggested me to install the program via DM rather than OTA.

It works well after I installed the program. Of course, most of the cell phone numbers would not work because even the AnyWho: Internet Directory Assistance; Yellow Pages, White Pages, Toll-Free Numbers, Maps and Directions won't be able to return info about a cell phone number.

If you look for getting a code, you need to register it in Dahore.com - dahore yourself (see the first post), and then join the free giveaway. Once you are approved, send email of your BB PIN to Phea (they will provide to you) and he will send you a code.

good luck

go to the Option (main option menu) --> Reverse Lookup --> enter your code.

Hmm.. sorry, I only have a 8700. I would guess 7100t should be similar.

plchan had the same problem, you have to uninstall the program and then use Desktop Manager to install instead.

Download the DM files by filling out the form here: WGarage - BlackBerry Development Experts
