Unhappy CryptMagic Desktop & Vista

Please Login to Remove!

Has anyone had any success using CryptMagic Desktop with Windows Vista and Desktop Manager 4.2? I can't seem to get it to sync anything with my Pearl (or my 8700c before I switched).

I think what's happening is when I hit Synchronize, the Add-In tries to execute and fails to load, but it's not producing any kind of error message.

I'm currently running Vista Enterprise and Desktop Manger 4.2.10.

Nah, they don't claim it works with Vista yet, which is why I was asking. I know the majority of the programs I'm running don't specify they're Vista compatible just yet, but they work just fine.

I was just curious to see if anyone else was experiencing the same issues, not really an emergency for me, since I don't really use the desktop portion as much unless I need to put a large number of entires into the software

Have you contacted the developer about this? Let's hope they will respond to this issue and get a solution soon.

Wirelessly posted (8700c: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0) BlackBerry8700/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/102)

I believe they are working on it and are close.

Good to hear It'll be a welcome re-addition to my collection of tools.
