| I just did some reading on their website, and this looks like a great alternative if you are within YOUR local calling area, and frequently dial long distance numbers...sounds better than a calling card type setup.
The thing you need to be aware of is it "calls you" back with the number you dialled, so if you are out of your local calling area, then you will be dealing with long distance charges from your provider, or even worse....ROAMING charges....
I'm looking for a decent application for VoIP on my Blackberry, but one that isn't a "data hog" to the point that the data consumed to make the call is actually more $$ than just paying the Long Distance and/or roaming. |
