Hi all,
Any suggestions for software that will allow me to view and work with spreadsheets, Word docs, etc. ?
I'm a newbie 8703e user.
Thanks for any info.

eOffice (Dynoplex.com) is the only game in town.

I find it kinda quirky, but manageable for the most part. The worst of it for me is the need for hosted document storage. This has been slow and frequently just wont work. Constantly have to email them the files before they will try to help - tiring and usually ends up with "try it again". Supposedly there will be a version soon that will allow storing to the media card in BB's with this.

I have been looking for the same type of software. Something that will open, edit, access, save Word, Excel stuff. I d/n have a BB yet, but I am coming from a WM device. The lack of this type of software suprises me and is making me hesitate in getting a BB.

Since the BB is thought of as a more of business device, I thought there would be quite a few choices for this type of application. There seem to plenty of games and other nice goodies, but not much for MS integration. applications. Is this due to WM/Microsoft?

For example, OneNote 2007, which I use on my tablet, has a mobile module that will work and integrate on a WM pda/smartphone.

The reviews I have read about eoffice are mixed. The primary issues appear to be the delay in the server when trying to access documents and the small font size. I googled eoffice and found a few pretty detailed reviews.

I have also looked at ideamatrix but that seems to be too singular/contained for my needs. It would be like running a parallel set of programs.

Beamberry was recommended to me and I like it after more than a month of use.

algae,

Does beamberry only work with attachments? Or is it possible to synch regular MS documents from a PC onto the BB and work with them?
