Hi Cory,

We are makers of Berry Pix - we don't charge a monthly fee - it's a one time purchase. Obviously, if there is a major release, we would expect a small upgrade fee, but any bug fixes and other improvements would be free to customers.

Can you tell me why you thought it was a subscription-based service?

Regards,

Try the ascendo version. They are doing a major upgrade right now which will be free for you. I know the developers after doing the DataVault review. You won't be sorry.

Here is the link to our Berry Pix User Guide

We also have a Getting Started Guide that you might be interested in.

In addition to trying Ascendo Photos, you should also try SplashPhoto and MobiPhoto. There is also a free product called JiveSlide which you can download at jiveslide.com which can let you view photos from online album services such as flickr. This last one requires a data service plan.

These are all available in trial-form from handango.com. I hope that you find a mobile photo solution that meets your needs from these.

Regards,

Hi Cory,

Marc from Ascendo here. Not trying to steal the thunder away from Berry Pix, looks like they have a great product and they seem to be really nice people. I just wanted to let you know that we have completed Version 3 of Ascendo Photos.

Click here for a complete description.

Another vote for Ascendo Photos. Version 3 is very impressive. Like Stinsonddog said, you will not be disappointed.
