NewsGator is in fact releasing an RSS reader for BlackBerry called NewsGator Go! today. It offers full synchronization between read state, clippings, etc with a free online account at Newsgator DOT com. Also synchs with FeedDemon, Outlook plug-in, etc.

I am not sure if it stores postings/feeds in the card though.
