How does this compare to the infospace findit search engine?

I love this program but I am having a problem finding locations within the "Other" location. Whenever I do a search using "Other" it gives me results for "Home". I search using Yellow Pages. It worked before on Berry411.

It's a give and take on both applications. Whenever infospace cant find it then beyond411 does and vice versa. I have both installed, both great applications. InfoSpace has a great UI.

I just upgraded to 3.92 and my searching no longer works It opens up a browser page (I'm searching for Applebee's which is 4 miles from my 'Home' location) and the browser just times out. I've been able to do this search with the previous version (3.91). I just want to road test it before I suggest some of my co-workers upgrade...

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry7100i/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/103)

Nevermind, it was the Nextel data coverage in my area (west Michigan).

Hate to admit it but I just loaded InfoSpace. I love Beyond 411 folks, but InfoSpace is quite nice. Great UI and the voice directions on the map app is working very well. Easy to use and may eventually replace a few apps on my home screen. Searches are quick and it seems to merge the best of Google maps and 411 into one app. I am definitely keeping 411 and InfoSpace on my device. Not sure about Google Maps and BerrySearch though...Will continue to test. If it remains free as quoted then we have a keeper!!!

can you post the address you downloaded it from. I keep getting server errors. 503 server overloaded and can't handle your request.

You can download over-the-air from http://thebogles.com/b411.jad or upgrade using the “About/Upgrades” menu item.

If I need someone found thats not living in those three areas?

Also, can the name found be added to BB contacts database?
