Default Download 07 Baseball Schedule - 03-21-2007, 08:49 AM

(not exactly software, but I assume this is the best place for it)

You can download your favorite MLB team's 07 schedule into your Microsoft Outlook calendar (and ultimately your Blackberry Calendar). Just go to the MLB website, navigate to your team's website, click Schedule, and then click Downloadable Schedule. After that, you just follow the instructions. It will then be on your BB after the next sync.

I might make one suggestion - don't "drag" the Reminder field into your downloadable items as it suggests, or you'll get a reminder tone one hour prior to each game start.

(I downloaded the Reds schedule - I'm assuming all teams are available, but haven't verified)

Shameless plug -- if you use SyncML and not Outlook (hello fellow Mac & Linux users), I wrote some codelet that will convert this Outlook style schedule into a vCal format that can be imported into almost anything. I keep the SJ Sharks schedule on my phone.

Linky w/ code & verbiage:
the SJ Sharks hockey schedule on your phone « rivviepop phantom

It should be easily adaptable to handle the MLB schedules...

Thanks for the heads up. Unfortunately, I had to re-run TZMove to adjust for the daylight savings time discrepency with the Oakland A's schedule. If any of you find the time of the game off by one hour, you'll have to run TZMove also. It can be found here:
