I tried it...doesn't work on the 8800. The keyboard gets messed up.

Try this link for the 8800 - works fine (although its not listed):

mobile.search.live.com/client/Download.ashx?buildkey=US_BB_8800

...P.S. - Gonna take a LOT more than that crap to compete with other applications. Absolutely HORRID interface!

In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and is widely regarded as a bad move.

No matter what I search for, I get the same error message

"Geo Location request's base zoomlevel must be in in [1,19]."

Does anyone have any idea what the &^(* that means?

Not too impressed with the maps on Live Search. Takes quite a while for the maps to be drawn, compared to Google Maps.

I agree with whsbuss... after about 3 minutes, it still had not loaded the map for the location I entered. In Google Maps, it took 5 seconds. A BETA for sure.

When in doubt, empty the magazine...

I have this installed on my Treo 750 and it works pretty well. I still like the InfoSpace Find It better on my 8800.

I just downloaded it last night. The UI seems nice but the speed is horrible. It takes so long to locate a location and display traffic. In fact, for one case, it could not download the map at all.
