Question Display an Additional Calendar - 04-01-2007, 03:46 PM

Please help. Very new to the forum and the Blackberry device/infrastructure. I have been told there is software currently available that will display another persons calendar on the device. In my case it is the MD of our company.

We currently run enterprise server 4.0 and the idea is for support staff to be able to view the MD's calendar at a moments notice. Can someone point me in the right direction

You can sync the MD's calendar with your BlackBerry using the USB cable. No separate software needed. However, those entires will appear in your calendar and therefore will appear alongside your own entries. In theory you could do this with all your devices, but that's quite inelegant and lots of hassle.

There are a couple of apps that (in theory, at least) allow you to sync with a Google calendar, but they don't work flawlessly. When I've tried them, it wasn't worth the trouble.
