Default Best web browser to use with 8800

Please Login to Remove!

I'm sure i could search for this, but id rather post a thread while im on my blackberry.

Right now im using the opera mini browser and the default 8800 browser to surf the internet.

Are there any better browsers available in terms of better web page viewing and navigating? The default browser is nice to get up close views of images... But the opera browser seems to compile webpages in a more attractive way.

UCLA, your observations about both browsers pretty much reflect mine. I use the default browser 90% of the time..., as well, my Beyond911 and Google Search apps both use the default browser. I use Opera Mini for banking, it is more secure, and some of the more secure websites like banking won't work with your default browser. Likewise, Opera does a better job of presenting the webpage as it was intended.

But to answer your question, there really aren't better ones out there, you have discovered what many others have...

Well, thanks for the replies. I'm not too torn up about having to use these browsers... Just checking the possible alternatives.

Btw, when i first searched for opera mini, one result was for the 'opera mobile.'. Is this the same thing?
