Unhappy Berry411 Help

Please Login to Remove!

I got the berry411, and for some reason i have not yet seen any maps. The preview showed that maps are loadable on the device. Is there something Im not doing? Can maps be loaded? Thanks.

Assuming you're running version 4.0, do you have your browser set to show images? Berry 411 uses the Blackberry browser, so you would need to have the "Show Images" option set to "On WML and HTML Pages." You can find the "Show Images" option in the browser by way of Options/Browser Configuration

is it just me or do the new maps look like google rather than mapquest? (which I prefer btw) I also noticed that reviews pop up on restaurants now as well as drink specials, great stuff.....

I just don't know what I am doing wrong... I have the Berry411 app and I have loaded my home and office addresses. From either one, when searching say "pizza" to the yellow pages, all I get is one of two responses directing me to Berry411 help or another directing me to add the city, state combo. I have the same problem searching the white pages, for instance for my own name or business.

What am I doing wrong? Sounds like a great app I would like to use.

I am on the 7100t.

Thanks!!!

I am running a 7520 and am having the same problem. i've set my browser to show images but whenever I go to load a map, it just gives me a screen that says URL Links a the top and two options (Zoom and More). Nothing happens when I select either of the two options.

Any help is appreciated.

i have a problem with my addresses. it seems when i go into edit addresses it puts the city next to the street, separated by a comma (much like on the main screen) and then under "city:" it shows the province. it does this every time i restart 411 and go in again. anyone else having this problem?
