Default Follow-Up 3.0 Question - 05-21-2007, 09:22 PM

Hey, question about Follow-Up 3.0.

I installed the 3.0 version OTA, but whenever I plug my Blackberry into the Desktop Manager, it downgrades it back to 2.5 if I leave it checked, or it'll delete the program altogether if I uncheck it. Anyway I can set things up to do differently, and just leave the 3.0 on there?

Yes, you need to remove the 2.5 version from your PC then all will be good.

Hello,
what I would suggest is removing 2.5 from your BlackBerry by going to options->modules etc. and then please just drop us an e-mail and we will send you again the OTA link, if you need it.

Have a great day!

one thing I do get frustrated about is even though I have bought Follow up and installed OTA, every 2 weeks or so it says "thank you for trying follow up" and stops working!

Isn't there a way to assign reg codes so that this doesn't keep happening?

I really do love the program, thanks!

Hello there,

this is a very strange issue which indicates there is something wrong with the version you are using.

Please be so kind as to send us an e-mail at [email address]

Thank you!
