Ok, I have searched this forum and google exhaustively and I can't find a solution to this problem...I have a 8100 that is unlocked it was a t-mobile phone. I am on cingular. I contacted cingular gave them the IMEI of the new phone. I signed up for BES and unlimited text messaging. Everything is working fine...Email, Web Browser, MMS, SMS. Except for the Messenger software that came preinstalled on the phone. When I try to log on it goes to 20% and then I get an error message from the number above and a 4670 error "invalid number please re-send using a valid 10 digit mobile number or a valid short code" and then a long string of numbers.

Please understand that this is not my cell number. I have googled the number in question and it seems to come up a lot for a lot of different people for different reasons. Mostly involving SMS or using messenger. Every forum entry i saw seems to just run into nowhere. Nobody seems to know a solution, but I can find tons of people with the same problem. Is there anyone out there that knows how to fix this?
