Simply go to m.tellme.com to get the latest build that fixes connection issues.

Let me know if anyone can't install, or if you are having connection issues (after deleting and installing the version above)

thanks

We are woking on auto-detecting blackberry pearls (all the various browsers it uses) much better so you won't have to use the direct download links.

Let me know if anyone can't install from that link, or if you are having connection issues (after deleting and installing the version above)

thanks

this program is awesome, works pefectly, sometimes can be a lil slow, but then kicks right back up to speed. works anywhere, tested with sea food, fast food, buisness names, addresses, works beautifully

no major bug's i've seen, i'll keep you posted,

there is no .97 in your unsigned directory, ther is in the dist/.97/blackberry but i cant download that on my browser

Ok, all the Pearl download issues have been fixed. (all networks, all browser types)

Simply go to m.tellme.com on your pearl to download the client.

Thank you for your patience.

Stay tuned, I will reply to this thread when we announce our plans for the 8800 / 8700 / 7130 families.

m.mobile.com still does not work on my native 8100 browser. This link though worked great http://m.tellme.com/dist/unsigned/Bl...etop-0.9.7.jad

Very nice applicaiton but still have a major problem with startup. When i click on the TellMe icon, it takes 44 seconds to come up.

Have no issues with apps like Gmail, Gmaps, Berry411, opera etc..

This came out quite some time ago (my brother works for them in Mountain View.) There was a thread about it close to a year ago, probably. I had it on my BB for a while but deleted it in an upgrade somewhere along the line when it didn't agree with the upgraded OS.

Wirelessly posted (Verizon 8830)

I have a GPS enabled phone but no paid service, including VZW Navigator???. I assume I can't use this program.

Correct?

The program is absolutely free (as long as you have unlimited data).

I have an 8830 on VZV and downloaded the program this morning (I don't have VZ Navi). I can use it but it won't connect with my GPS. Instead, it will ask me what city I am inquiring about. It will work just fine but the obvious disadvantage is that it will not tell me answers based on the proximity to my location.

I can't figure out how to get it to connect with my GPS and tried calling the #'s listed for support at their website. For some reason, the number isn't really set up to be a support number, but rather is a phone number to their office building in California.

In my opinion, if it would work with GPS, this program would be far superior to any of the other 411 programs.

Anyone downloaded this on their 4.2 phone and are willing to extract the .cod file for it and put it on rapidshare? I've got 4.5.0.18 and it doesn't recognize the browser string for the phone (Probably because of version number or the fact it's an 8320). I'd like to try it out and am pretty sure it would work just fine on the phone, but I need either a direct link to the download (Goto the download page where you can download or cancel, and hit the bb button and goto page address) or a copy of the .COD file that you can grab from using the dekstop manager and using the switch device trick to extract installed applications.

Anyone care to help?

Well then, seeing my post got closed in seconds, I'd also like to point out how willing they are to fix any issues. I'd have to say this APP rocks. This morning after reading about this app on yahoo news, i went to try and download the app, and the website was looping and not allowing me to DL to my 8310. After sending them an email explaining the issue, within about 5 hours I got a email stating they have fixed the problem. super coolness.
