very cool.

I currently use roboform on my PC's and love it. I'm still not sure if I want to keep my passwords stored on my Blackberry. It will depend on what type of encryption they use for the blackberry version and how easy it will be to sync with my PC.

Any idea on how to be part of their beta program? I have been using Roboform for many years and each time I asked about a Blackberry version, they said they had no plans. GLAD to hear they finally came around.

It's been more than 2 weeks - any links on this? I love RoboForm and would love having it on my 7130e!

Not as cool as you think. The PPC version only lets you view the usernames and passwords that you saved on your PC. It does NOT let you add any, and it does NOT fill forms on your mobile device. (Handheld version, that is).

So the most you could do would be to look up a password to a particular site. On the PPC you could copy and paste, but I have no idea of that would work on Blackberry devices. (I have found copy and paste to be kind of hit and miss on my Curve).

I just heard from Roboform's customer support, it seems that there won't be a blackberry version after all

There were rumors a few months ago that they are alpha-testing a blackberry port of their application, but they probably faced too many technical difficulties (or not enough user interest?).

If you are interested in such a solution on your blackberry please go to:
RoboForm: Password Manager, Form Filler, Password Generator, Fill & Save Forms --> Contact --> Online Support and submit a query/request.

Thanks,
Ix.

Default I sent them a message - 11-06-2007, 03:00 PM

I sent them a message - I believe anyone that is interested in roboform for their BB should also send them a message - they have to know that there is need for it.

On the other hand, does anyone know how to sync passwords from the Password Keeper to windows? Any external app?

Default auto Log in, Safari web browser - 05-09-2008, 07:12 AM

I'm currently using on my PC windows xp the Safari web browser. The browser saves your sign in passwords and fills in forms. I like this browser better than IE explorer in every way.

Link here it's free.

What does that have to do with Roboform on a BlackBerry?

I can sort of see it... doesn't Roboform handle auto-completing forms, and the user did reference saved passwords and such in Safari. Maybe just being helpful to all those unenlightenened IE6 users?

On 5/28/08, I wrote to Robofrom to find out the BB status...

You wrote (2008/05/28 02:37 pm EST):
Hi,

I'm a user of Roboform on my PC as well as on my flash drive and I have to say, I LOVE THE PROGRAM!!!! I have all my passwords, secret questions from sites, etc stored on this thing and it's truly amazing.

I'd love to see support for RoboForm via my Blackberry phone. Is there any chance of getting access to RoboForm via the Blackberry in the near or not too distant future?

Thank you

We're sorry but there is no ETA on when a Blackberry version of RoboForm will be available.

Sad.

It is an excellent app, particularly for those of us who have a ton of URLs to use, online forms to fill, and (particularly) passwords to (re)create & remember for both business and personal use.
