I get the same error; "Operation could not be performed. Please try again later." I have a 7520 v4.0, and the BES version of trafficedge (yes, I'm on a BES).

I just downloaded a trial to try it out. But since it doesn't work, can anyone who has it actually working on their device please list the cameras that are available in Vancouver, BC? Online search tool shows zero, but according to the company they have "almost all the cameras in Vancouver, BC".

Thanks.

Turns out there are no cameras in Vancouver on the app, so I sent them a list of a dozen or so to add in.

Doesn't matter much, however, since there seems to be a bug in the application or its installation that prevents it from working. Still getting the "operation could not be performed" error.

According to developer, have to make sure that DOD root certificates is installed, and I must have v4.0, which I do.

They don't seem to be able to help me, either. So if anyone in the forum can get it working, let me know!

Maybe this app is just a beta version?

I paid for ($3.99!!) and installed Trafficedge on Friday and got the same error message. Sunday night it worked! This morning I could not get it to download an image despite repeated attempts. And just now it worked on one traffic camera in Toronto (where there appears to have a very large selection of cameras). I will try others.
It seems to be timing out when it is not working. I suspect that the host computer's internet connection is too slow. At $2.00 - $4.00 for the program, I think it might be some time before we can expect much of an improvement. For the time being I will treat it as somewhat of a novelty and rely on the radio road reports to get me consistant reliable information.

The new version does not fix the issue, still get the same error message.

"Operation could not be performed. Please try again later."

Anybody else download the new version and have any luck?

I also had this happen a couple of times, but now that it is installed properly, it seems to be working consistantly. The e-mail support from the developer was very helpful. Keep trying.
