Default Verichat stuck at main? - 05-05-2005, 11:19 PM

working on getting Verichat working (7250 on Bell Mobility with BES/MDS DESKTop IPPP working)

i can set it up, i click logon, and it goes back and forth and i see it transmitting / receving then at the bottom it says "BBY04.verichat.com"

but it just sits there with MSN and ICQ check boxes... That's it.

Thoughts?

I don't know, but I get MSN logged in but my AIM and Yahoo don't anymore. I don't use ICQ. The first few times all three worked, but know just MSN... I got a BB 7520. I have had the main screen just sit there like your Grint, but I found out if you exit and wait a few it will allow to go back in. It's like your BB couldn't keep up from what I seen on mine, then again I am not a pro!

Exact same thing happening to me, with a 7290 on Cingular (but former AT&T Wireless account). I'm just wondering if it's something to do with my BES, which is pretty much outside my control.

I guess one question would be: if this is a BES issue, and I were to ask our BB IT administrator to make a change that would allow Verichat to work with our BES, what would that change be? Any ideas?
