Any software that will give and get updated TV listings? Like a TV Guide for the BB?

I have not heard of any software for this. Have you tried going online to the TV guide website? I don't know how the html browser works with the 7290 so I apologize if that was a silly suggestion.

I have tried several times, without success, to get the TV Guide Wireless site to work.

Handmark has a "TV Guide" Blackberry program at Handango.com.

However, the cost for that program is $29.99 per year, and there is no trial version available. I'm not ready to shell out the money for it without trying it.

Eric5273's link (Thanks!) worked on my 7105t, and on my PC browser (without hassling with firewall settings like the standard site).

how exactly is it not working for you? what is the error message, or general result from your attempts?

I have tried it from both my PC and my 7130e.

I get the site okay, click and set my zip code and TV service provider okay. But, when I click on a time for listings, I get a blank page. That page has a link for "Main" and "Change Hour/Date." HERE is a link to the page I created, but I'm not sure if it will work for you without my cookies.

I have the same blank page problem on the BB, but, using your link on my regular computer -- I see the programs ... strange ...

on my 'berry i started to have an issue with selecting a different hour or day. i would get into a loop cycling from ZIP CODE to PROVIDER to Current Hour and start through all that again.

so i went through the typical troubleshooting steps of Clear Cache and Clear Cookies and started from the wireless "Main Page". for now, it seems to be working proper again and i can select alternate hours and days during the same browsing session. exiting and then coming back in also seems to work. (for now.)

anyway, i had some issues, but not exactly what you described.

hmm... as i read over your post, i caught something. at first i thought you were getting a blank page, but it's not, and i think it is just an incomplete page load. when you get to a listing page, the "MAIN" and "Change Hour/Date" is more like a page header/banner menu. once or twice during my tests the load would hang and pause on this. if you get it again, after your cache/cookie clears, try a Refresh.

Thanks, penk! With your help and a little more tinkering, I figured out the problem. The TV listings for Comcast are missing for my zip code. When I change to broadcast channels, the site works fine. Even though Comcast is listed as a choice, choosing Comcast brings up blank listing pages.
