Default Problems after Deleting BB Weather, BB Light, BB Today - 06-20-2007, 09:51 PM

I installed BB Weather, Light, & Today, yesterday and after going through the programs decided that I did not really need them on my handheld. I decided to delete the programs and that is were i am now having problems. I now have 2 internet browers, 2 links folders, and pressing number 1 on my BB no longer connects me to my voicemail. Also in the 2nd links folder in my bookmarks, i have a new entry, "Install AOL IM". Can anyone give me some insight on how to:

1. Delete the second internet browser.
2. Delete "Install AOL IM"
3. Assign the number "1" key back to speed dial my voicemail.

Thanks,

Kevin

I'm wondering if Sprint pushed something out to their devices last night. Today I suddenly had 2 Links folders, too, and I didn't install or uninstall anything yesterday. The new Links folder now contains a link to install AOL IM - quite irritating.

I also have a Nextel user who reported she now has an extra internet browser icon since yesterday, and she doesn't now how to install or uninstall anything.

Nextel pulled this several months ago when they pushed out the link to install TeleNav - which I complained about. I don't want my corporate users going "Hey, what's this?" and installing it without permission from their supervisor (for the $10/mo fee to keep it).

Never mind, I deleted the service books and that got rid of the extra browser & links folder!!
