Does this use Outlook's "categorize" function?! Or is it still just for tagging emails on the Berry? If it will actually add a Category to the email message in Outlook I will buy it!

Hasn't this been available for some months now? Is it a newer version?

Hello,

this is an improved version (we optimized it and got rid of several issues).

Please let us know what you think, so that we can make it an even better piece of software.

Thank you so much

Dear Fred,

we are waiting to have an issue resolved with RIM directly, which is slowing us down.

But do not worry, we will keep you all posted.

Thank you!

jjrr,
Any way of actually using real Outlook categories or is that a limitation of RIM's API? They have categories in other places but not on email. As mentioned above, I'd love to have Tag It! actually place a "category" on an email. Possible?

Guess I formed a post on the wrong area...
But Tag-It seems obsolete to me...it has absolutely no organizational power outside of the actual application and isn't very useful for transferring those categorized emails to your desktop
For now it's nice to use for simple use but it can get quite elaborate to start categorizing all these emails for no reason that benefits the user...

Hi Link2 Team

Great idea to make this software, is there limits to the demo?

Hi there,

there are no limits - this is a fully functional time-limited trial.

Please let us know what you think

Thank you so much!

Hello Cayzac,

right now TagIt places virtual categories on e-mails stored in your BB. Unfortunately there is no way (as of now) to use real Outlook categories.

Anyway, thank you for your interest in our software!
Do you have more suggestions for TagIt?

Thank you!

ok I have some questions/ideas:

1. Does Tag it store the saved tags, emails on the desktop for backup?
2. Could you make it easier to access the saved tags - maybe "one key press" while in messages
3. How about adding a numeric value next to the tags showing how many there are
4. Search results - add support to see original sender without opening tag
5. Add support to view ALL tags on one screen instead of each separately
6. Support to show tags "outside" message app - accessed thru pop up text menu anywhere.

Thanks!
