I can't seem to connect to update my feeds. I get a "service unavailable" message. Anyone else havibg this problem?

For the last 3 days, i noticed that the feeds have been sporadic and yesterday i was not getting any. Today it got worth. I am getting a 12 Communication error: 400 - Bad Request error msg.

Yeah the service has been going off and on for the past few days.
