Does using an IM avaliable in markets for BB is as safe as using IM normally on computers?I am a new guy to Instant Messaging and few days back came to know about this. So I want to find out whether anyone has faced any problems before I start off.
And also what are BOTS??I found peole here dicussing about Causerie.Can I go for it?

Bots include such things as:
1) mapquest for driving directions
2) who wants to be a millionaire - game etc.
They are extras on the system. I use verichat, the new one and bots come with it.

I don't find any problem with IM's regarding safety because I have never seen a problem in many forums I have visited before chossing BB and Causerie. Bots are applications for a specific purpose for example Stocks bot in Causerie gives recent stock data for the company given and are very helpful.

I am trying Causerie now, so far no problem.

Causerie is going well but I find here that it is getting disconnected. I am not using that for longer hours that might be a reason behind not getting disconnected for me.
