Default Streets and Trips 2005 - 05-17-2005, 12:52 AM

I was wondering about how the Microsoft Streets and Trips 2005 connects to the blackberry and how well it actualy works. Do you get voice guided directions and the like. Just wondering because I'm looking for a good GPS solution and I like the interface it gives me. Just looking for first hand experience on this. Thanks in advance guys.

I don't know much about this MS product on the BB, but I have been VERY pleased with the Telenav product on my Nextel 7520. I had it turned on right after it was launched in order to evaluate it for our company. The turn by turn directions tend to be very accurate, and the mapping features seem pretty detailed as well.

Telenav does seem awesome. And I'll probably use it eventualy, but my problem is I don't have the data package right now so until I get it I was looking for a free or one time payment solution to get me by.

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry7250/4.0.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1)

There's a demo available on the Microsoft Site...but I think it's only applicable to Windows compatible hardware...and the demo may be just for desktop/laptop? Anyone willing to take a crack at it?
