Default SmartView Activation/Transfer Issue

Sorry for the duplicate post, but I still have yet to get a response from either Blackberry Smart's customer service, Mobihand's customer service, or anyone.

Has anyone experienced the same problem?:

I love SmartView, but I have been having some problems and was wondering if you can help me out since I have sent 2 email messages to [email address], and anther to Mobihand's support with no response.

I purchased the full version of the application on my BB 8703e which has subsequently taken a nose dive and is out of commission. The good news is that I have replaced it with a BB 8830 (awesome device).

The bad news is that the BB Smart View is not recognizing my registration key for activating the application.

I checked Mobihand's site, and they are of no help as there is not a means of changing your handheld/transfering your liscense.

Please help. I do not want to have to purchase the application again, especially because I have only had it for less than 1 month.

I guess the other route is to contest the sale through PayPal and just get my money back. Don't want to do this, and would prefer to not jump through hoops.

Please help.

Hi jtdarden,

Just found your email then. We only had one email from you on record and it was very recent so possibly another case of the dissapearing emails (plus MobiHand's customer support usually replies near instantly - and we try to also - so if you haven't heard back from then I think it more likely they didn't receive it). We've sent you through your new PIN.
