Sorry for the duplicate post, but I still have yet to get a response from either Blackberry Smart's customer service, Mobihand's customer service, or anyone.
Has anyone experienced the same problem?:
I love SmartView, but I have been having some problems and was wondering if you can help me out since I have sent 2 email messages to
, and anther to Mobihand's support with no response.
I purchased the full version of the application on my BB 8703e which has subsequently taken a nose dive and is out of commission. The good news is that I have replaced it with a BB 8830 (awesome device).
The bad news is that the BB Smart View is not recognizing my registration key for activating the application.
I checked Mobihand's site, and they are of no help as there is not a means of changing your handheld/transfering your liscense.
Please help. I do not want to have to purchase the application again, especially because I have only had it for less than 1 month.
I guess the other route is to contest the sale through PayPal and just get my money back. Don't want to do this, and would prefer to not jump through hoops.
