I purchased BB Spell over two weeks ago. I recieved the activation code but got an activation error message. The product will not work as it stands.

I have left (3) voice mails and (4) emails but nobody from Some Developers will respond. I sent certified mail a few days ago but not yet recieved.

Product looked great for my BB 8800 but as it is now, I can't use it.

Don't know if they are having $$ issues or what but to me strong customer service support can make a fair product seem good.
